Sales Executive

Description:
Solicits and services printing and graphics business from Toppan’s existing customers and builds relationships with new customers by identifying customer needs and offering solutions

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships and develop new customer base for commercial and digital print
  • Organically grow existing business and house accounts
  • Review customer specifics for quotation and assure that all necessary information is obtained from the customer.
  • Manage each project from start to completion to achieve the highest profit margin expectation.
  • Ensure accurate billing of a job either during the completion phase of the job or immediately after.
  • Assist in the prompt collection of billing, advising Toppan of any problems concerning billing and collection. Promptly resolve all disputes regarding billing, credits and discounts.
  • Attend weekly and monthly sales meetings.
  • Complete sales reports and projections when required.
Qualifications:
  • Four year college degree or relevant industry experience
  • Two to four years experience in high quality commercial printing sales
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem solving ability
