Unique Success Story #1 - In the midst of managing a multi million piece print order, late one afternoon the client phoned in distress. The client needed a report generated from a complex data file that we had a copy of for an early morning meeting in Dallas the next day. Our client's internal data services group was unable to produce the report in a timely manner. We produced the report and promptly delivered it to his hotel in time for that meeting.
Unique Success Story #2 - Artwork for a cycle billing program was terribly late, creating the possibility that the insertion would be missed. We produced the job immediately. In addition to air shipping, as a back up we dispatched an employee by plane who carried the finished product as baggage. Both the air shipment and our employee arrived on time!
Unique Success Story #3 - To ensure the highest fidelity print quality coupled with sensitivity to one of our clients time constraint when attending a press approval, rather than printing an order on one press, we ran the job on two presses concurrently -- one press for the top of the sheet and the second press for the bottom. The client was delighted with the result, and was in and out of the shop quickly.
